Here is a custom hand made single ended triode amplifier. 186 directly heated power triode in the output stage and 6CA7 6? 4 in triode mode for the driver. The driver stage is choke loaded for excellent low level dynamics.
It was made for 220-230 VAC line. This amp drives well most 8+ ohm speakers with good low response. I was able to drive 10' Tannoy Prestige Stirling speakers with the amplifer.
